INFORMATION CLAUSE
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard
to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing
Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR) (OJ EU L 119/1, 4.5.2016), I
hereby inform you that:
1. The Administrator of your personal data is the Rector of the University of Applied Sciences in Tarnow, ul. Mickiewicza 8, 33-100 Tarnów, email: ans@anstar.edu.pl.

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of organizing the international exhibition and poster competition under the name "The 5th International Student Poster Confrontations" by the University of Applied Sciences in Tarnow. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (OJ EU L 119/1, 4.5.2016).
4. Your personal data will not be transferred to other recipients not related to the organization of the exhibition, except for entities authorized to receive them under the provisions of applicable law.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
6. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of universally applicable law, including the Act of 14 July 1983 on the National Archival Resources and Archives (consolidated text Dz. U. of 2018 item 217, as amended).
7. You have the right to access your data, rectify them, delete or limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (in the scope of data processed on the basis of consent to data processing - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). These rights may be restricted in situations where the Administrator is legally obliged to process data to fulfill a legal obligation.
8. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
10. Providing data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide them is equivalent to the inability to participate in the exhibition.
